					Located in stylish Puerto Portals, Mallorca. Access beyond the communal pool and gardens directly to the port with restaurants, bars and shops. A superb beach and other attractions such as Marine Land are only a short walk away. Several golf courses are within a short drive away. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has double and twin bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, shower room, kitchen and a dining area on the large terrace. The terrace features sliding glass windows which can either enclose or open out the terrace area. The views from the terrace are of the garden and pool area, with the port just beyond. Air-conditioning can be used either for cooling or heating.

		Puerto Portals is close to the village of Portals Nous, and is approximately twenty minutes from the airport and ten minutes from Palma. Lifts provide level access to the marina and beach or the upper village area.

				The lounge has a three-person sofa, armchair, two-person sofa bad and a coffee table. It is equipped with Television, Sky Digital satellite free-view, DVD and stereo system. The lounge is open plan to the dinning area overlooking the pool, tropical gardens and marina.

	The dining table and six chairs is sited on the enclosed terrace and the glass doors can slid back to open the area. The adjustable external blinds can provide shade or privacy. Dinning at this table gives superb views.


	The Double Bedroom has a sliding patio door leading to the dinning area and enclosed terrace. A large built in wardrobe and bedside drawers provide storage space.


	The second Bedroom has a single bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a built in wardrobe and ample drawer space. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge,


		The apartment has two modern bathrooms. The larger has a bath and a shower over the bath with a glass shower screen. It also has a WC, wash basin and vanity unit with halogen lights. The second smaller bathroom has a dedicated shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and vanity unit with halogen lights.

	The large modern separate kitchen features granite work tops. There is four burner Gas hob cooker and oven as well as a microwave. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment and a washer dryer. There is more than ample storage space, ideal for those who prefer to cook rather than sample the large number of local restaurants. The superb beach is only a few minutes level walk away.
